		Key Largo, Florida.
		Will we be allowed to touch the dolphins?
		Structured Program involves direct contact with the dolphins. The program will begin with an educational briefing about these dolphins and a description of the behaviors and the types of contact with the dolphins, followed by the structured session. Contact is guaranteed but the type of the interaction may vary depending on the dolphin and the instructor.
		Do I need to know how to swim?
		Participants should be comfortable in the water, and flotation devices will be required.
		What are the age requirements?
		Participants 7 years old and older will be accepted. Those 7 to 12 years old must be accompanied in the program by a participating parent or guardian. Ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a participating or observing parent or guardian.
		Will we be using equipment?
		There is no free swimming or diving in this program. Mask, snorkel, and fins will not be used.
		What is the payment policy?
		Confirmed appointments should be purchased in advance with cash, Visa / MasterCard, or money order. Upon payment, program information and driving directions will be mailed or faxed to you.
		What is the cancellation / refund policy?
		Your payment is refundable, except for a $10.00 service charge, providing cancellation is made no less than 7 days prior to scheduled program date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to program date will be refunded at the rate of 50%of the total purchase price. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours or for those who do not show up for scheduled programs.
		What is the rescheduling policy?
		No penalty involved if rescheduling to an earlier date/time if space is available. Last minute changes (within 48 hours of scheduled time/date) will be charged a rescheduling fee of $10.00 per swimmer.
		Are cameras allowed?
		PHOTOGRAPHY: Still cameras may be used (both surface and underwater). NO UNDERWATER FLASH IS ALLOWED. Surface use of TV or movie cameras is also allowed, but not underwater. The gift shop normally carries a supply of 35mm film and has cameras (for both surface and underwater use). Arrangements can also be made in advance to have a personal video made of your session. 		What can I expect during my one on one structured swim?
		K Here Dolphins in an Up front and personal dolphin experience. A One on One Swim with curious Bottle Nose dolphins. Swim, Dance, Kiss, Dorsal tow, and dolphins. Flotation vests will be worn at all times. In this program, you will join an educational briefing about the dolphins and their environment, followed by an intimate dolphin experience approximately 30 minutes in length. You should expect to spend about two hours from start to finish on the structured Dolphin Swim tour. The type of contact and interaction depends on the trainer and the dolphins.This is a great program for those individuals seeking guaranteed contact with the Bottle Nose dolphins. This program is offered throughout the year, seven days a week. Book in advance, limited space is available on these tours to insure better contact with dolphins. Groups are welcome! In this swim, contact is guaranteed with the dolphins. It is not a snorkeling program, and participants should be good swimmers and comfortable in deep water over their heads. Anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pregnant women are not allowed in the water.
